Telephone orders are accepted weekdays 10am to 4pm.
The confirmation stage shows the final details of your order. Following this we will send you an order acknowledgement.
Acceptance of your order takes place after confirmation and verification of your payment information.
Although we dispatch your orders promptly and efficiently we may have occasions whereby through demand for our hand made products we have to ask you to allow up to 14 days for delivery.
We must receive the full price of your order including Postage and Packaging before your order is dispatched.
No payment is deemed received until we have confirmation and verification of your payment information.
All prices are in Sterling.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to seven working days starting from the date you receive the goods. Other than anything that has been specially made to order or personalised. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and unused. We have no knowledge of ,and no responsibility for the laws in your country if you reside outside of the UK.
